Marciano Estate represents, quite simply, the best wine that we produce each vintage. Letting the vineyard mature and allowing the site to express itself through the land, geology, and the soils creating a perfect balance. Produced in quantities dictated solely by quality, Marciano Estate showcases years of striving for what can only be called a beautiful expression of a singular vineyard.

This wine embodies the power and purity of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape combined with the exceptionally maturing vineyards of Marciano Estate. Hand-picked at night to keep fruit chilled, gently hand-sorted, fermented, barrel-aged in French oak, and bottled unfined-unfiltered.

This 2019 vintage is remarkable in every way, boasting profound aromas and superb textures, forming a sumptuous, well-balanced wine that will undoubtedly please for decades to come. 

The wine flaunts intense notes of herbal tea, dried black currants, blackberries, cigar box, and vanilla in the glass. A juicy, silky attack that builds to a rich full-bodied midpalate with a generous long finish rife with flavors of blackberry conserve, ripe summer raspberry, espresso, chocolate, and gentle minerality.

Very approachable wine upon release with 2-3 hours of decanting. Cellaring this wine for 3-5 years will be beneficial and can effortlessly age 20+ years.

LAYERED AND REFINED

M Red Wine is a rich and layered Bordeaux blend that balances the density and power of our vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon with the silky texture and perfumed aromatics of our best blocks of Cabernet Franc. This wine’s lush flavors and supple structure make it generous in its youth while allowing the wine to age gracefully for many years to come.

Named after founder Maurice Marciano. “M” is a terroir-driven, richly layered French Bordeaux-style blend that balances the density and finesse of our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon with the silky texture and perfumed aromatics of our best blocks of Cabernet Franc. Hand-picked at night to keep the fruit chilled, then gently hand-sorted, fermented, barrel- aged 22 months in French oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered.

Visually, the wine is dark mahogany in color, bursting with beautiful intense aromas of black cherry, blackberries, vanilla, freshly cut Ipe wood,

fresh herbs, cedar, sarsaparilla, and graphite.

On the palate, the wine is rich with soft, fresh tannins, boasting a generously layered mid-palate with flavors of baking spices, unsweetened cocoa, black summer berry coulis, and a hint of dried cranberries and figs,

culminating in a well-balanced, dry finish.

Very approachable upon release, decanting is recommended to allow the full expression of the bottle bouquet to develop. Cellaring 3-5 years will be beneficial but can easily be kept 25+ years.

Sauvignon Blanc

ELEGANTLY BALANCED FOR LONGEVITY

From a single acre of estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Musqué, our fruit is harvested in successive small picks to accentuate the nuances of the vineyard and add dimension to the resulting wine. The Marciano Estate Blanc is aged in a combination of small concrete and French oak barrels to yield a layered wine, elegantly balanced for longevity.

Sauvignon Blanc

Marciano Estate Blanc comes from a oneacre parcel on the estate where the soils are quintessential for Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Musqué. Handharvested, whole cluster pressed, fermented in different fermentation lots, then aged 10 months sur lees. The final blend of 84% Sauvignon Blanc and16% SauvignonMusqué with13% new French oak, 58%neutral French oak, and 29% stainless steel results in an extraordinarily complex wine that gratifies all the senses and competes with the great Bordeaux Blancs.

A beautiful light gold color wine with complex aromas of exquisitely well-integrated French oak, crushed rock, dried apricot, candied tangerine, fresh chervil, and a hint of orange blossom.

On the palate, the wine is rife with elegant complexity, greeting you with finessed structure and a pleasing well-balanced acidity. The soft, lingering finish is dotted with flavors of fresh white peach, lemon rind, and a very generous chalky minerality.

Serve slightly chilled (60°F), allowing all the aromas to flourish, exceptionally approachable upon release, but if you appreciate aged white wines, it can be cellared for several years to allow bottle bouquets to develop. Ageability 15+years.

Inspiration for this wine comes from passion; the desire to craft an ever-evolving, exceptionally beautiful wine. In order to achieve this goal, the grapes are sourced from one of our most coveted parcels on the property, prized for producing dense, voluptuous, and complex fruit.

This wine is remarkable in every way, boasting profound aromas and superb textures yielding a sumptuous, well-balanced wine. On the nose, exquisite fragrances of summer raspberries, blueberries, black cherries, and a hint of bergamot are punctuated by nuances of vanilla, dried herbs, and cigar box.

On the palate, the wine greets you with balanced, full-bodied, yet silky tannins, followed by generous layering and depth. The finish is ample and lingering, leaving you with flavors of dark chocolate, cassis, and blackberries.

Very approachable wine upon release with 2-3 hours of decanting. Cellaring this wine 3-5 years will be beneficial and can easily age 30+ years.

Kosher Estate Blanc

Marciano Estate Blanc comes from a one-acre parcel where the soils are quintessential for sauvignon blanc. Harvest in two stages to capture a variety of aromatics and flavor profiles. The fruit is hand-harvested, whole cluster pressed, and fermented in different fermentation lots, then aged 10 months sur lees. The final blend is 35% new French oak, 39% neutral French oak, and 26% stainless steel resulting in an extraordinarily complex wine, pleasing all the senses and competing with the best white wines of the world.

The wine has a rich gold color with beautiful warm aromas of Asian pear, ripe summer cantaloupe, and honeysuckle.

On the palate, the wine greets you with an elegant soft texture and a well-balanced acidity. A generous long finish leaves you with flavors of honeycomb, fennel pollen, ripe white peach, lemon rind, and a lingering minerality.

Enjoy slightly chilled (60ºF), allowing aromas to flourish. This wine is exceptionally approachable upon release. A few years in the cellar will develop bottle bouquet for those who enjoy a little age on their white wines.

Terra Gratia

This wine is estate grown, hand-picked, sorted and slowly fermented under strict kosher supervision to produce a non-mevushal wine for Passover. After fermentation, it is delicately barrel aged for 20 months in 75% new French oak, then and bottle aged for an additional year allowing the wine to mature.

The name Terra Gratia meaning “land of gratitude” in Latin is a constant reminder of how special this property is and how grateful we are that these soils produce exceptional wines. The grapes for this wine are hand-picked at night to keep the fruit chilled, hand-sorted, fermented, barrel-aged, and bottled all in accordance with the strictest Kosher standards. A resulting wine that is unfined and unfiltered, this 2019 vintage is one of the richest most complex Terra Gratia we have produced yet to date.

In the glass, the wine has a deep purple color, offering beautiful fruit-driven aromas of dark fruit, mocha, black tea, wet clay, underscored by nuances of umeboshi and pencil shavings.

On the palate, the wine is rich with. gentle tannins and a generously layered mid-palate that gives way to a long, velvety finish rife with refined tannins. You are left with flavors of blueberries, cocoa powder, and chamomile.

Very approachable upon release, one to two hours of decanting recommended. Cellaring this wine for 3-5 years will be beneficial and can easily age 25+ years.
